Zephyr - UI enhancement to bring swipe and better multitasking to iphone (gotta jailbreak though)
Splashtop - Low Latency remote desktop with gesture support
Epic Citadel - Game Demo eye candy
GTA3 - just because it's GTA

Can't think of anymore without my ipod to hand, but they are my faves from the top of my head.

If you want a serious answer, all I can give you is Waze. I can confidently say that you can probably find anything you want as long as it isn't hacking related or porn.

A iphone question on a meamo forum...wow.... Than i would recommend an app that can change your iphone into a maemo device lol

I have iOS stuff...what do you use your phone for? There's a very good terminal/ssh program if you ever do IT stuff. Oh, and jailbreak it.
