Looks great, I wonder if the hinge was better than the N950's or the same.

No. A much more recent version. There was the N9, the N950 (removable battery), this one (non-removable battery) and something else more recent that was not N8 derived looking.

That is... if you were to believe the rumors; which included this one.

Nah, I doubt that. People don't want keyboards anymore, that's why no company produces any. Keyboard is considered more geeky or 'business' these days, I think. That's why E7 has keyboard (meant for business, I know, good joke), this prototype, and some low end samsung has a keyboard, but samsung can make any phone right now, just like Nokia used to experiment.
