N9 problems
Hi!
Bought a N9 16GB at ebay. After a couple of hours using it - sorting apps into folders, saved mp3 collection to phone, set alarm clock - problems occured.

Try this: hold the power button down for 10 seconds. Release it for 10 seconds. Press and hold the power button until you feel a short vibraton and the phone boots up.
Next, go to Settings--->Device--->Display. Set timeout to 3 min. Make sure stand-by screen is selected. Make sure that activate phone by double-tap is selected. Write back with your results. |

What software version does it have installed? (You can check e.g. by 'calling' *#0000# )

A full reflash of rootfs+emmc will fix it up for sure...Since it seems its a software issue you won't need to send the device back...

Navifirm doesn't know my device code 059L5D0
None of the european (northern & central) matches this. According to the seller the device is was in service. May it's a, say, chinese phone, gets in trouble with the wrong OS? I'm waiting for my new micro sim card. I'll test telephony as soon as it's here. After this I'll start flashing. |

Hello friends,
i really need your help!!! i have bought a white n9, flashed it and everythink was working fine, than i ve installed filebox , than inception, than opptimizer. I had no problems with the installations. BUT: now i cant install or delete any apps ("cant install- app is incompatible with other applications") and (cant install- cant see where to download the other part of the app(cepis wazapp needs tgalals 2.7 first f.e.)...hope you have understood it. but here comes the big problem: i cant flas it via nsu or nokia suite, because it disconnects completely when the flashing begins. please help me (i had a black n9 before and there everything works fine with inception and opptimizer) |

Just use flasher to flash instead as there will be an output if there are any errors... im back home and unhappy....
i was able to come to the "process of installing" of wazapp....the battery was at ~15%.....after 10 minutes my n9 still was installing it...and than it turned off. i thought that the battery is just empty but now it seems like my n9 cant boot up anymore...all i cann see is the nokia logo on the screen. :confused: and now?? (thank you so much for your help) |

Well there is no guarantee it would work but this is what you need to do:
1) On your PC run cmd.exe as admin: cd /path/to/flasher/ flasher -f -F rootfs.bin 2) Plug in your powered off phone [if i doesnt look to be shutting down hold the power button for 8seconds to off] once the Suitable device phonenet not found message comes up 3) Now you can see your battery charge. You need to be quick here...If its 10% or more PLUG OUT your phone immediately! If its less than 10%, leave it plugged in till it charges to 10%. Once it reaches 10%, plug it out, and connect it to a wall charger for somewhile and once it has enough charge it should boot up itself... |

after this ive plugged in my turned off device but i coulnd see my battery charge |

sorry i dont know what firmware image exactly means. do you mean a file like this: DFL61_HARMATTAN_30.2012.07-1_PR_LEGACY_001-OEM1-958_ARM.bin (i have a new n9...this file was from my old n9)

I got the latest FW using Navifirm.
Install worked. Phone is fine ... as it was before :/ Double tap doesn't kiss my sleeping beauty awake :/ Swiping up to access phone or camera also don't work. |

Phone doesn't respond on double tap. Swiping up for telephony also doesn't work. It's the first time to me, "Nokia" and "crap" aren't totaly different to me ... :/ |
