Instagraph is the first unofficial Instagram app that have the ability in uploading picture to Instagram's server and joining sepia;s cat crowd...

On the related note, Instago (here) didn't have uploading features due to the respect to instagram's TOC


why instagram allow this??

Reasons:
1. Developer doesn't care about agreements
2. Windows Phone QA doesn't care as long as Instagram doesn't complain about it
3. No Instagram app for WP

They actually asked Instagram about it and it didn't violate any of their policies on how they went around this.

some dev should be able to reverse engineer instagram upload as well then :P

Reversing is just a part of the procedure.
Real problem is that this ian't all 'white'.
Instago is teying to remain clean and official as much as possible.
Otherwise upload woukd already be added.

How about making another program to upload pictures? :)

i'm using soundwave and wazapp on my phone already. And these programs rock. It's just a shame I can't upload images to insta from my N9 :(

Come on guys let's get instagram on our N9's! I wanna show off this ****ing amazing camera. (oops am i allowed to swear?... nah, its in good faith.) Lol

Looking at my previous post, I must have been tired or drunk...
I'm just observing how Instagram reacts to this. No matter what, Instagraph is violating ToS IMHO.
You can't really show off a camera after cropping to a small thumbnail and filtering the hell out of it, so cut the cheerleader talk and start learning Qt. ;)

I find it interesting that Instagram still hasn't reacted to this...

Instagram is also on Symbian s40 and S60 phones.. this means ^3, anna, and belle compatibility. 2 dollars on ovistore http://store.ovi.com/publisher/Venetasoft/

My thing is.. I can't believe s40 phones got it before Maemo..

S40 is not symbian, s40 short for series 40. S40 is j2me platform and S60/Symbian3 are Symbian.
