Really nice one indeed!

A random play-option of the playlist would be nice and adding an entire album with one click as well as saving created playlists. I don't know if those features are possible to add, but it sure would make this good app even more awesome :)

Nice but cannot played with slow net, need improvement.

Define slow net, please?
I use to play 320kbps from Spotify and it never stalled.
Grooveshark IMHO is only 96k. Just a wild guess.
Developer is working on more updates.
Remember, apps don't grow on trees. ;)
This app will be awesome. :)

My registered wlan is 512kbps but sometimes the streaming stuck for seconds. Maybe it' s my service provider issue. Btw, the UI of this app really really nice .Like!

Thank god that there are a handful of devs who still put out apps for the N9. Once Sailfish comes out I have a feeling we won't see anymore software coming out for this device...going to have to get me one of those Sailfish devices then!

Damn this week really kept me well, first discovered Knob's Soundwave, awesome App, then today I get Nineshark, brilliant App, worked without errors, loving these 2.

How much bandwidth does Nineshark need? I get stuttering and buffering even when my N9 is connected to my home WiFi :-(

I'm in South Africa and used basic 3g, not even a single buffer,listened to Kanye West's new album with no hustles. My Wifi wasn't good though, maybe that's because the service provider is crab anyways.

This is an awesome app! But one thing I noticed: I add multiple songs to a playlist, but it keeps repeating the one it's on until I hit the next button. Is there a way to turn this off and have it just go to the next song?

This App is really awesome... Would like to say best app we have on N9... Not because of Grooveshark, but because it works without problems, is very smooth, nice looking and so on...

hope for more updates and features... especially saving playlists would be nice... at least the one which is in the app while closing

Hi There,
I'm searching for a way to use grooveshar in Germany in my N900 :D bur i can't install Nineshark cuz I'm missing 12 packages, most of them with the version 4.7.4~git20110517 :confused:
but i seem to have my repositories wrong because i can only get the
4.7.0 versions.
any help, please?

Kudos Alejo Sotelo for the wonderful app and thanks Criss123 for posting it here !

There is one issue when used with Nokia Drive. Whenever the navigation "speaks" the app pauses (as expected) but does not resume back. Anyone else experienced this behavior ?

Can't load the app just stands loading, I'm missing something?

edit: could it be that access to Grooveshark.com is denied on internet in Denmark because the provider has stopped access due to court order?

The new UI is nice.

But, there are two huge problems:
One, it requires logging in to Grooveshark now. This wouldn't be a deal breaker if it saved login details, but instead it asks every time it starts up, which makes it impossible to use in the car. And two, voice search no longer works properly, which was my favorite thing about Nineshark. So the new version is neat, but I'm reinstalling 0.0.2 now.

I haven't noticed those problems either. I'm automatically logged in when I start. I also tried voice searching for Nirvana and Pearl Jam successfully.

On my side, same problem for login, but I have not tested already the voice search for the moment ...

And from the website u gave above gives 0.0.4 !!!

Same problem with app asking to login everytime it is started insted of remembering initial login info..

Edit: Got login to work automatically on start-up after removing app and installing again.

Edit2: Nope, still seems I need to insert credentials on each app start :(

The new interface is great.
Got the neet to enter the credentials each time I start the app too though.
And whenever I log-in, my grooveshark profile is correctly recognised but it seems that my playlists and songs are not there. Everything is empty.
Anyway the new UI looks very slick and clean. Too bad that the app is not on nokia store because I would immediately buy it to support you good work. Later I'll see on your webpage if it's possible to send you a donation.
