Hi guys !

Mee500px is a 500px (www.500px.com) client.
My application is very smooth and thinking on swiping (Sailfish like :) )

Just saw the video and I have to admit, this looks really sweet. Sadly I dont know what exactly 500px is, so to say: I dont use it.

But really great work, love the UI

What you didn't understand exactly ?

I also don't know '500px', but going on the corresponding site I can read 'The Premier Photo Community.' and immediately under I read 'Sign up to upload, share, and discover inspiring photos.'.

Even English is not my native language, I understand it is a community site to upload, share and discover photos ...

Anyhow, focusing on the application, it look really great an smooth !!!

That's brilliant - can't wait to be able to use it :) Are you planning to allow upload of pictures from the phone as well? Or just a viewer?

Thanks guys ! Yes i planning to upload picture form phone ... Currently i have a problems with OAuth authentication, when i resolved this problems i could upload picture ;)

Yes i know, but all images is copyrighted ...
You can "buy" image but don't download without accord with author.

What are next plans for this application? I love the UI, and btw is there a chance to have a “upload” section? (even if ios's app for 500px don't have)

I find that the additional information on images that you need to scroll/slidedown to is somehow a bit lost. Perhaps you can implement some UI that makes it clear to the user that the information is available.

Further more, perhaps include some information directly on the image view. Like number of comments or pulse rating and the title of the image.

Is any way to hide/make full transparent "back" button on image view? ;)

Client cannot connect/load images anymore as of today. Is the developer still active on this?

Hi Guys,

Concerning the saving images, all pictures are protected by copyright.
I can implement this feature but ...

Anyway, my N9 is broken and i stop the support or develop any feature for this app.

I will look why the app cannot work anymore.

I will upload my sources in GitHub, right now, all sources are in my custom SVN server.

Ok i found the issue and i found an solution for fix them...
The issue is : " SSL handshake failed"

The SSL certificate is expired and the solution is to says at Qt "don't verify the certificate".

Right now, all requests are did by QML (XMLHttpRequest), it's not good i know ...

The solution is, all requests must be did by C++ ... so, i must change all architecture of my application, it's hard work.
I can't make a solution right now sorry.
