This month, hear what kapu2 has to say.

"For this month, how about "Outdoor activities?" My first thought was 'summertime activities,' but since we're a global community here I wasn't sure if it is summertime for everyone. But anyway, here's my thoughts:

Any kind of outdoor activity is accepted. Hiking, cycling, running, walking, jumping, swimming, climbing, fishing, stargazing, any and all sports (tennis, football/soccer, baseball, disc golfing, traditional golfing, etc.). Now in order to capture any of these activities, your shot will have to contain another person or people. The people or person in your shot doesn't have to be the subject (although they certainly can), but they need to be visible and engaging in whatever activity you're shooting.

There doesn't seem to be many shots of people in any of the cameraphone competitions, so I thought I would force us into it. haha. And while taking advantage of the summer weather many of us are enjoying!"

The rules:
Photos must be taken during this month.
Photos must be taken by the posting member.
Photos must be taken with a camera phone.
Users must name the phone used to shoot the picture.
Users must add a link to the original photo with EXIF.
Users can change the entry only once.
Last three days of this month are for voting.

Go out and play! And capture it! :)

yes i'm busy with my college as my Final exams are near. but still will post a photo for sure.

No EXIF, the app does not write it -- made with HDRCamera on my N9. Which kinda massacred colors, esp. sky, but it was the only way to capture both sky and ground ;) Cropped.

Awesome, makes me wanna fly again...

Pfff, we did our first alleycat with about 50 particips but forgot to shoot some pics.. Finished as 12th, fyi.

celebrating juhannus (summer solstice) in our garden.

Taken with the rear 3mpx Galaxy Tab 2 (GT-P3110) with
cyanogenmod camera app in HDR mode. Just found out that there is no EXIF data using HDR.

So maybe I'm out of specs here, but it was a lovely moment to share

What better way to enjoy summer than doing my favorite activity: sitting in my boxer shorts, drinking an ice cold Fresca, watching the family play in the backyard.

My daughter taking her drawing to the playground. Not the first use of a playground for most children :) Not the best composition in the world either but it is one of the few taken in landscape. The past exprience has showed me that uploading portrait photos directly from the N900 using the TMO uploader is not a good idea. Sadly, I do not have much time these days for outdoor activities to take more pictures :(

Taken at 18:22 on Monday 23 June with N900. No processing except that done by the TMO uploader.

I'm more intrigued by what is depicted in the drawing. Seems like a creature with stick-like body, enormous head and rainbow coloured hair. Maybe she elaborate more on its meaning.

I'm aI haven't been able to participate although I could've gotten so many great shots. I just forgot about everything, school was really driving me crazy and I was working really hard outside too...
