Just when you thought it couldn't get worse and Microsoft and Elop left the building. They suddenly shows up again. Microsoft just announced that they are investing heavily in jolla and becomes majority share holder.

Given the amount they have invested in windows phone failure it was just a matter of time before they tried something new...too bad it had to be jolla.

I actually got shivers in my spine when I saw glimpse of this Topic at top right corner "Active Topics".
I think I will see some nightmares this night.

Not worse.

Skype still exists, not the same, but exists.

Nadella loves Linux.

But Jolla would get buttons and windows, it would never be the same.

:D:D Then Jolla would be in "Burning Platform" and Sailfish OS ditched. 8 month later a new phone with same design as Jolla/Jolla2 but with 3 ugly home/back/search buttons.

I think Dave is just foretelling the future here.
Whoever would have thought back in 2008 that one day Nokia would drop off the device-making planet AND sell a significant chunk of itself to M$ ...of all possible companies.
Don't rule out just yet ...the Grim Reaper (Elop) coming around

Actually I don't know who doctored that photo and put the jolla in elop's hand...but they did a fantastic job cleaning up the blood off his clothes hands and mouth and substituting the crushed baby skull for the jolla

That Microsoft news really got me, I was just about to throw my phones agaist the concrete wall, but decided to read the news first. What a relief! Then I was getting pissed for your joking about of serios matters. :)
