Wow and it's also got a "Spotwatch".
Wish mine had that. *looks at acne-ridden face in mirror :'(* |
Re: Brand new "N900". HOT
"8.3D Gravity Accelerator"
Disappointing. I was hoping for a 5D Singularity generator. |
Re: Brand new "N900". HOT
Maybe the case is compatible to a true N(eo)900, could be nice !

Re: Brand new "N900". HOT
Well, at least they are honest and not lying....
this is indeed 'N900', but NOT 'Nokia N900' :p |
Re: Brand new "N900". HOT
Wow, it's even got GPRS network!
No 3G/ UMTS or Wifi, but who needs that on a phone nowadays... (Btw. note how they don't call it a "smartphone anywhere. They really are not lying). |

Re: Brand new "N900". HOT
At least it's more real (to date) than the Neo900 and the aluminium N900 back cover replacement.
Just saying... Being humorous & sarcastic, btw |
Re: Brand new "N900". HOT
It's 2015 and we finally get a qwerty HWKB slider phone.

Re: Brand new "N900". HOT
It's something like:
"Got to have one!" and referring to this: http://www.alibaba.com/product-detai...678991559.html What is it exactly "TV cell phone" or "25*35Loud speake"? Why my n900 isnt so amazing? |

these examples are really. Really. easy to spot right on as fakes. the bad some of these fake copies you will never, never, be able to identify being an ordinairy user. sony as an example, needs electrone microscope to identify certain copies. the really bad some just simply are perfect copies |
Re: Brand new "N900". HOT

8. U disk support function to keep the information storage That will be my next phone! |
Re: Brand new "N900". HOT

Re: Brand new "N900". HOT
I think if we actually had a fully functional openMaemo build up and running we might see our Chinese hardware hacker pals in one of the electronic ghettos roll out a N900 with upgraded hardware.
|
Re: Brand new "N900". HOT
would be interesting if the cases or keyboards are any good as a source for Neo900 should there be a shortage of real parts at anytime in the future.

Re: Brand new "N900". HOT
Hmm...
speaking of which... y'know it's bound to happen... Shortly ... in a few years ...possibly a year...after the Neo900 is out... http://s26.postimg.org/gk03a20t5/2015_06_25_0921.png somewhere in asia... there will be "Neon900's" showing up... http://s26.postimg.org/j01wnwivt/2015_06_25_0917.png I know...I know... they both appear to be identical... But I did some nut-and-shell-game switcheroo-ing and I think photo no.2 is the "real" Neo900. I think something is "off" on the 1st photo..I bet it is the fake... Hopefully...under the microscope we'll notice any hard to find discrepancies and they'll be easy to detect.... yours- "Eagle-Eye" endsormeans |
Re: Brand new "N900". HOT
I hate people who profit from IP violations and I would never buy these dodgy pieces of crap.
The ones that look exactly like a real N900 on the outside but have the usual crappy cheap "fake phone" hardware and software that the phone fakers use is the worst. |
Re: Brand new "N900". HOT
I would consider getting a N950 fake if it functioned reasonably well and I could put, say, fedora or debian on it.
|
Re: Brand new "N900". HOT
All of the fake phones I have seen use really crappy hardware and really crappy OSs (if you are going to build a phone with a Qualcomm Snapdragon or a TI OMAP or a similar relatively-high-end ARM part, you may as well build an actual original phone and sell it rather than building a knockoff-phone.
I seriously doubt any of these fake phones have the grunt for Linux in any form (Android included) |
