Helping HtheB with donations
 

About HtheB selling his TOHKBD v2 due to :
Hey, I think HtheB deserves the TOHKBD v2, it would be a shame to wait for months and sell it just after some days.

HtheB has helped a lot of people here in the Maemo/MeeGo/Sailfish community. Like receiveing Jolla smartphones from Finland and sending them worldwide, promoting donation to CeciPerez, etc.

So I am starting a donation campaign for HtheB.

All the help that I've done, is just helping my fellow TMO users/friends.
I wish that I really could do more to anybody...

If it helps for the laughs, I do made the first native fart app for Jolla...
(It's on Jolla store and OpenRepos: Pulley My Finger )

I always loved this community, and will always do.
Thats why I also became a mod, because TMO is my home

I freaking hate paypal, use 'send to friends' - link your credit card (just as through link, copied email from it) (motherfreaking paypal, no way, used bank account to open an account don't force me you ......... had to use pay for goods/services which they charge 10% and no need to link a card miraculously, effing thieves)

btw, it really is awkward for being geek board we are not all on bitcoin, no bull***** % charges on any transactions, all those flattr/paypals/patreons/... just prey on it, maybe some FAQ is in order for all to join digital currency? would help in maemo donation drives too

Tried to donate but it insisted on a UK county. I'm in the US, so I went ahead and donated via http://www.htheb.com/html/index.html

Not much, but hope it all adds up.

I am student and i have not so much money to give but i ll give my own contribution. It would be the Natural spirit of a real society, where when anybody in difficulties can lean on other members of community. If it was Like this, then there wouldnt have been so much depressions and suicides For economical crisis and the world would be a Real happy place. Its difficult, but not impossible, to change society nowadays, but its nice to start applying this way of life in this relatively small but beautiful community

I haven't been here long, but you're always kind and helpful, definitely one of the people who makes this a cool forum. Keep the TOHKBD, and put it to good use making another app :)

Ach ...I don't drink either...
except when it is unbearably hot...then a beer tastes so good...
or when it's unbearably cold ...then a tot of whisky warms the body...
otherwise... if the weather is middling...80% of the year..
I don't touch a drop..
so that makes me a quasi-teetotaller I suppose..

well ..we have some of the cleanest water on the planet out here where I live...
and the best air quality too...(thank goodness those recent wildfires stopped choking us ...that was a rough few days of still trapped smoky air...incredibly rare...)...
Fact is we have a glacier (for now) just a couple hours north of us...if you want fresh 10 000 + yr old frozen water...say it is the best thing for longevity...
Non-alc.-wise ...I make the meanest ice tea ...and my lady makes a fabulous refreshing chilled apple-cinnamon iced tea with fresh mint and sliced citrus...very nice very crisp.
So yeah man....standing invite to stay the weekend with us if you are ever out this way ......

whatever little any of us can do... for our friends...

I know that my brothers here.. have been there for me...
and been there for countless others too..
It's the right thing to do.

I'd have given you 1 of my 3 n900's HtheB...
but only one is fully functional [my daily]
the other two have issues [1 being good only for a casing for a neo900 now and the other having "no telephony" function = it's done as a phone]
