Jolla C won't allow copying/editing via SSH [Solved]

This is driving me crazy. So like the title says, my Jolla C won't let me edit or copy files to other folders than home via SSH. WinSCP says access denied. I edited the "PermitRootLogin" to yes in the sshd_config. What am I missing?

tried changing passwd root.. still no go. Can only get in with user nemo. devel-su and root give back authentication failed.

Re: Jolla C won't allow copying/editing via SSH

devel-su should be authenticated with the current user password. If you create root password you still need to enable root ssh access in the daemon.
