why my mobile do not accept this mcu:

and accept this mcu only:

and after flashing got this error

Are you obtaining N9 product code from SIM holder, which may not necessarily be firmware version upon device if pre-owned?

1 it seems you are trying to downgrade, you can't. Although you have a certain product code, someone (you?) could have flashed a different version (higher) firmware. You will need that (or higher) version.

2 CMT files won't help you

Thee are many threads on this, including attempt to downgrade (mine also) all have failed.

You need a higher value than 468 to succeed whatever region that may be with language restrictions imposed.

the proplem happened when i try active developer mode
after that n9 reboots evertime the n appear(syuid not responding)
