guitar tuner (gtkguitune) - ported?
 
I thought the 770 would be a perfect for this, but the debian package management site appears to be down at the moment. I was not able to see if it works... (I need to get ready for work and thought of this in my sleep)

anyone have a better sugestion then gtkguitune? It was the first debian package that google brought up for me.

Hardware issue: is there a built-in microphone, or not? what is behind this tiny hole next to the power-in?

Good question, I believe I read somewhere that it is a microphone, but after some searching no drivers are available for it? Has anyone had luck with audio input?
