Installing from Maemo.org
 

Hello everyone,
are you supposed to download some libraries to your tablet before installing files from maemo.org?

i have tried downloading and installing files from
https://maemo.org/downloads/

but the packages seem incomplete.
eg when installing mirrage it states:

application packages missing:
libgdbm3
libncurse5
libredline4

and installing quiver gives:
application packages missing:
libgcrypt11
libgpg-erbro


i would havethought the programs available would have been complete.

also how do you write programs in scratchbox on the PC and then get them to run on the tablet?

Did you read the instructions on the download page? "quiver requires the sdk repository. to add the sdk repository, follow the instructions on the homepage (link below)"
