Earthlink connection problem
 

Hi guys,
I have been trying for a while to connect to earthlink (I am in Philly where we get earthlink!:) )through the wizard but has not been able to connect so far. Everytime I type in username and password it logs in but then it says that I am connected with local IP address with a red Q mark. Am I missing somthing here? please help me out.....
