System corruption from a theme -HELP--
 

I installed the LCARS star trek them on my system. I decided that I wanted to go back to one of the original N800 themes, but after doing so some of the layout and icons are still from the LCARS theme. How can I revert back to factory or fix this? I forgot to do a backup and going the Control Panel and Tools and Original Settings doesn't fix it.

Please help.

Turn the device all the way off then on again.

Did that and still is the same. I read this on the site for the LCARS theme.

Q: How can I get my original icons back, now that they've been overwritten?

A: You can probably get some or all of the missing files from some other theme that includes an "orig" directory (old LCARS themes have the task navigator icons, but not the status bar). Really you should ask Nokia for them, since they've released them under a license which prevents anyone else from giving them to you. They'll give them to you in the form of a FIASCO image, if nothing else (if you find the images are available elsewhere, please add a link here).

Am I screwed? Can I reinstall a firmware to restore the system back to factory?

if you installed LCARS on to the newest OS update , sadly there is no way to get the icons to revert

I figured that was the answer I was going to get. Looks like I am off to reinstall the last OS again.
