N800 login problems
 

Hi
I am running into an issue with my Nokia n800. When I visit certain web pages I login my name then password but when I hit the login button nothing happens. It appears that the button gets pushed but that’s it. The other buttons and links along the sides of the web page work but the one in the login box dose not.

Can anyone advise me on how to resolve this issue?

I've seen that, but very rarely. Make sure you have one of the later firmware releases (I believe there was an opera upgrade in one of the earlier upgrades this year). Also make sure you have javascript enabled (it's unbelievable how javascript can be mis-used by web designers). Finally, if nothing works, try MicroB. I have to use MicroB on a few specific web pages, including the web interface on one wi-fi router I own. The symptoms are somewhat similar to what you describe.
