2007Hacker Flash, Suitable USB device not found
 

Hi.

I've been trying to flash my Nokia 770 with the 2007 Hacker Edition OS. I'm using an Ubuntu Linux live-cd to boot into Linux.

I'm using flasher, but i'm having problem when i get to "Suitable USB device not found, waiting"

I'm following all instruction 100%, yet when i plug in the USB, and boot my Nokia 770 with the home button, it still will NOT get past "Suitable USB device not found, waiting". I've tried every combination and fix to get post this message, but every attempt has failed.

Can anyone offer some help?

Make sure you're not using a USB hub (sometimes built into a PC to offer more ports)
