vdr host?
 

i just downloaded that mobilevdr app

but i have no idea what a vdr host is or how to obtain one..

can anyone shed some light?

If you've not got VDR running on a Linux box toting a TV card, why did you install a mobile client for it?

Perhaps mediaserv or Orb would suit you better?

i dunno i just saw stream live tv and jumped the gun lol

i have orb but it doesnt do live tv.

I guess i should have mentioned what VDR actualy is in my announcement. ;)
(VDR seems to be very popular in Europe, in the US is is not realy well known, i guess most people in the US just use their Tivo or maybe MythTV.) :)
