LXDoom Mod Request

Does anybody know if LXDoom can be mod'ed to make to more left-hand friendly?

Is there anyway of binding clicking Flynn's faces (The Doom Guy) to "Fire"..,?

I was thinking about that.

Because its not full screen maybe the programmer can make buttons on the part that isnt used? (fire, open, map?).
