Bluetooth question
 

I don't know if this is the right spot to post this kind of question. I am also unsure what an internet tablet is.

Anyways, I have a t-mobile dash and every computer or device that I connect to with bluetooth, I barely have any services available to use. I think the only service a device will offer me is a serial port which we can send files and stuff to eachother. A computer will give me no services available. I use a usb bluetooth device with the software, blusolei, and I tried the windows xp bluetooth sofware also, no services available with either programs. When I try to do a Personal Area Network... I get some error saying "The connection with the Bluetooth Device failed."

Do i need some program to get some services available? Or is the phone I have not capable of doing those services.
