New N800- Jpeg issues
 

So I have my new n800 running great. Now i've run into another issue. I had photos taken on my camera, and on my treo. When I moved them over into the n800 all I get in listing is the name of the file and an hourglass. When I open it nothing happens. Its blank- then says "Unable to Open- file format not supported."

The Type is image/jpeg.

Whats the deal?

i've ran a search and didn't find anything- sorry if this has already been answered

Perhaps they don't support this particular type of jpeg?

Have you tried another viewer, Mirage for example?

You might also want to look at the syslog output from the image viewer.

If it's definitely the viewer, file a bug (and attach a photo for them to test against)

How large are those pics? If those are really large you could try make those smaller with some application.
