Routing algorithm implementation for navigation Project
 

Hi,

I would like to implement routing algorithm into maemo mapper or other navigation application.
I am aware maemo mapper lacks vector maps and even raster maps (map tiles) are to be downloaded from the net.
But as in another open source navigation project - routing has been implemented to work with Garmin maps stored on a memory card,
it would be nice to have maemo mapper to work with Garmin or Nokia free maps and have routing generated from within Maemo Mapper.

I would like to hear a word from John .

In addition to download third-party routes from the internet, you can also directly generate driving directions from within Maemo Mapper directly.
