Formating n800?
 

1)id like to format my n800 and start everything again, cause its kind of messy.
why when id like to reboot o format (dont know how to say it in english) it asks me for a code which i dont know, which is the problem?
2) is it possible to use msn on the n800?

Hi, in terms of reformatting, you can always reflash your tablet with the firmware supplied by Nokia. The links to the firmware images can be found at the bottom right hand side of http://maemo.org/downloads
Instructions on how to reflash on macs or linux are also in the maemo.org wiki.

You can do MSN messaging if you install either Gaim or Pidgin.

PC: Execute as root (or as a normal user with rights to use the USB port):
./flasher-3.0 -F RX-34_2007SE_4.2007.38-2_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM.bin -f -R

@elguera71: That example command is when you flash from a Linux desktop PC. If you want to flash from a Windows machine you should follow the instructions on Nokia's software upgrade page. You can either follow the links in http://tableteer.nokia.com/ or click the Software update link in http://europe.nokia.com/A4305010
It should lead you to where it starts to tell you about the Windows software update wizard.
