Stream Video from QVC On N800, Possible?
 

Afternoon all.

Can any of you tell me whether it's possible to watch the live video feed from qvc.com using the N800? I know you can't on the 770 (using that at the moment), but if the N800 will do it I 'll get one for "her" for watching QVC, freeing up the TV for the xbox!

Just checked with my N800 running OS2008 Beta, and I would say a big no, It was running with about 90% cpu load according to htop, and got about 1 frame updating every 5 to 10 seconds, the 'live video' looks like a very large flash video that the N800 just doesn't have enough clocks to run it.

I just tried the "WATCH LIVE TV" link on the QVC main page, as I'm guessing that's what interests you. The audio's good, but the video is a slideshow. It's larger than the N800's screen, so that's probably not too surprising.
