Re: Xmaeme on os 2008
Looks like it's missing the library to show a glade interface. Of course I don't know how to install it. Here's some info: http://freshmeat.net/projects/libglade/
I'm going to give this a go tomorrow, hopefully. |
Re: Xmaeme on os 2008
go to command line as root
and type apt-get update then apt-get upgrade does it say libglade2-0 is being held back ? mine did that as well, I had to install it manually with apt-get install libglade2-0 (I think thats the name of it) |
Re: Xmaeme on os 2008
did xmaeme work after installing libglade2?

Re: Xmaeme on os 2008
yep , xmaeme and fceu work great after using the above method. one note , you do have to be root and be in red pill mode to do this.

Re: Xmaeme on os 2008
I've never used red pill mode, I just use root from either gain root or openssh-server and openssh-client

Re: Xmaeme on os 2008
I just use mame via command-line. I gave up on xmame long ago... on os2007!!!

Re: Xmaeme on os 2008
for those that have the installation file corruption problem just simply go to garage.maemo.org and download the .deb file. i had the same problem and everything works fine now.
