Refreshing app list
 

Using the app list I installed xterm, FM Radio and Skype with no problem. I was looking for the Camera app described in an early post and it is not on the list nor does it show up in a search at maemo. When I try to refresh the list it says it is downloading but just hangs and then state it says unable to refresh. When I go to list now it only list canoala apps. How can I correct this? Thanks

I'm not sure how to get around it, but for some reason maemo.org is denying access (401 - Unauthorized) to the package list files for the main Maemo repositories, specifically the free and non-free ones:

http://repository.maemo.org/extras/d...el/Packages.gz

Without being able to read those files you can't do any application installs or upgrades using the application manager or apt-get. It's really annoying and has been happening on and off for the last week. I have no idea why it's happening (New applications being released?) but it's driving me crazy.
