Map > Menu > Settings missing tabs?

When I look at N810 GPS application Map > Menu > Settings I see only two tabs "Navigation" and "Language". However, if I tap the <?> Help icon it describes settings for Automatic Scaling, Guidance Volume, Safety Camera Alerts, Toll Roads and Ferrys.

Do others have more tabs in this menu dialog, or see somewhere else to control these settings?

You have to order the full version.
The default version provided with ITOS2008 does not provide all features.
