Wayfinder problem
i just today to the wayfinder nav trial for a drive , and im getting no voice directions , anyone else have this problem or have a solution?

you must get trial unllocked code and after them download voices from wayfinder.

1. Make sure your volume is up, which I know you've seen to it. I just had to mention that first.
That said, I noticed that the voice turn commands only kick in on the most obvious turns. I took mine for a spin today. My trip had 5 turns and it only called 3 of them. I'm not entirely sure why. The path was marked correctly on the 810 but for whatever reason, I didn't always receive a voice prompting. |

Hi all,
Just got my N810. First impressions, very nice. But going through the update pains before I get really stuck in. Just wondering (being hopelessly optimistic). The 7 days trial, is it 7 calendar days or 7 days of use (days on which you don't use it don't count). I'm keen to try it, but don't want to waste my 7 days. Would rather wait for a big trip... Well, I just tried my old code from my n800 and I had removed the license from it and it doesn't work on my n810...that's real nice.
So I figured I'll order a new version and give my n800 to a colleague, and it sat at the "Waiting for purchase confirmation" screen indefinitely. Real nice, I canceled it and restarted the map app, and it seems to have worked fine... Then there is the map upgrade that is available that says "it is likely to harm the system" even better given the installed and updated version are the same version! |
