real audio stream playing
I've searched and not found anything conclusive, sorry if this has already been done.
I've an N770 with the standard 2006-49.2 edition and I cannot play real audio streams using either the built-in player or mplayer at the command line - the latter simply says no audio. I can play mp3 streams quite happily, I have been creating my own .m3u's for that purpose. Note I have been trying both the .rm and the .ram, one being a sort of playlist, the other being the stream address. It also won't play asf's but that's not such a surprise. My N800 with OS2008 will play real media streams no problem! thanks for any thoughts/ideas, Paul |
