Darker on the screen's right?
 

greetings all! i just bought the N800 recently and i found that the right hand side of the screen is a little darker than the rest of the screen.

is this a defect on my end or it's an undesirable "feature"? i looked at some videos on youtube and saw similar darkness on their tablet also.

can i get a new one because of that? thanks.

It is a side effect of the type of backlight that these devices use, it will decrease in severity (a lot) over time.

Guys,

When you arewatching a movie it doesn't matter. Why?, because it is so bright.

Oh I just want it to be perfect when I show my N800 to my friend who has an ipod touch to make him jealous... :p

The brighter the better when you are showing movies.
