Status Bar Icons
 

Has anyone managed to change the status bar icon set, I have found the the icons current used following the howto on the following link
http://maemo.org/development/documen...ng_themes.html

Changing them must be a simple matter of over writing the current ones, but where do you download the one shown in the link above.

Uhhh, just right click on the images and "Save image as" or similar.

i put a new image in place of the standard contact image , same exact dimensions , yet it is not changing , i also changed the canola icon , how can i get these to show up?

yes i did , but some poking about , and a bit of courage , i deleted a file in the /usr/share/icons/hicolor/ folder named icons-cache... or something like that , didnt write it down due to a bout of cranial flatulence , and the fact that it is 6 am here and i havent slept for 2 days lol

package install scripts do "gtk-update-icon-cache -f /usr/share/icons/hicolor" as root ...

thanks!! i just realized , since i deleted the cache file my charging battery icon wasnt animated anymore. running this fixed that issue.

i went in and changed the presence icons , the changes show in the drop down menu and in contacts , but the green ball and red with white line are still in the actual statusbar.... how can i get the status bar to show what i changed them to???
