Unable to install Mirage?
 

Hi all,

I tried to install Mirage tonight but was unable to do so. Said that I am missing the following applications: libncurses5 and libreadline4

I have searched the forum and gronmayer trying to find info on these applications but after digging around all evening, I still dont have Mirage installed.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi.

I suppose you have OS2007 or OS2006, no?
Install this repository and try again: http://pymaemo.garage.maemo.org/base-repository.install

i have os2008 , does mirage not work for it?

There is a version in extras-devel.
http://repository.maemo.org/extras-d...mirage.install

It's in extras-devel because I didn't test it enough yet, but it should work well.

Thank you very much! I Installed the repository and Mirage then installed just fine. I appreciate your help.
