SIXAXIS with nokia n800...
 

ok, i know that the sixaxis is bluetooth, and theoretically, couldn't it be paired with the n800? anybody have any thoughts/experience on this? a bluetooth controller for games would be really neat. i wonder if there's linux drivers for it so that i could port them to the n800? anybody know of anything?

It's probably more possible now that OS2008 has allowed for the USB host mode. (I think you need to pair the controller via a USB cable first instead of the normal way of pairing wirelessly.)

NP... The other option is to look into the Logitech Wireless Rumblepad (PC), but the feasibility of that is still be worked out: http://www.internettablettalk.com/fo...ad.php?t=13324

I've already got the wiimote working as a gamepad :) Just trying to get the "mouse pointer" working as a bonus, before releasing the deb.

Bluez already has drivers for the Sixaxis so it should theoretically just need to be paired with HCITool/HCID.


Would try and get it working myself if I had one.

classic controller and nunchuck works with cwiid for maemo.
not sure if that yabbas project..
but if it is, thank ya kindly for it.
