I currently have my office phone system controlled with a program called Parliant Phonevalet (Mac) and what it does is send me an e-mail with the voice mail that I receive while I'm away. I receive it through my browser e-mail but when I download it. I get a file unreadable error. It can also send it in AAC or WAV file format. I have tried all three and get the same error message. Is there something that I can do to receive them on my 770? Thanks in advance.

maybe the audio bit rate is too high....try aac with 288mbps or less. I haven't listen to wav or aac on the 770...but it says it supports it.
