How to configure the behavior of the windows to always fit to n800 screen?

I'd love to know if it possible also, that would make KDE 4 ITT perfect, Id say its easier said than done tho...

I don't know of a way to automatically resize the window but, I did map out a hard key to allow me to move a window. THat way I can move the window to get down to the bottom of the screen. I mapped the "back" key to "move window".
