urgent - what is dhcp client on n800 os 2007 edition?
 

What is the dhcp client on the n800 os 2007 device? is it "udhcpc", if yes how do i get dhcp address for say interface eth0.... udhcpc -i eth0 does not seem to work.....

does somebody know? i am in dire need to get , if you know the solution please mail me at -it.sudhir.mathane@gmail.com

The wireless interface on the N800 is wlan0 not eth0
udhcpc -i wlan0 might work. Is there a reason your you're doing this manually instead of through the GUI? I emailed you the same information.

I tried this yday and now too, it looks for some script default.zeroconf when used with -i option, which is not present. Neither i know what is supposed too be in this script.

I am porting Boingo wifi tool kit to the n800 device, scan works properly now, but the connect requires some dhcpclient to be run to get the ip address dynamically th' the code.

do u know what is this script.
