Do Apps require double clicks with the stylus?
Hi,
I tried the Password Safe and found the GUI sucked (on N810 OS2008). (It's a good application except for the Maemo UI.). The worst thing is, it seems you are required to double click on the icons to open the dialog, while a single stylus click does nothing at all. For me this the breaks the apps, too hard to use. There's a similar issue with GPE: In ToDo when selecting a date, the date popup won't close unless you double click the date. It's not as annoying here but it seems related. Is this the intended behaviour? Do those applications just need a little more porting? |

I think you'll find that double clicks are fairly common, and it is the intended behaviour.

Double clicks are a big drag with a stylus, though.
Half the time one of my clicks gets interpreted as a drag. |
