Mediaserv, mplayer, and default media player
So I recently setup Mediaserv on my Ubuntu desktop and have it set to stream. However, when I try to stream anything over my wireless network (well my desktop is plugged in with an ethernet cable) it's slow. Not to mention it also gives me errors after it opens up in the default media player (cannot find stream, cannot play file, etc..). I did install OGG support from the downloads at maemo..
Anyway, is there anyway to have it start in mplayer instead? Edit: hmm might be because of spaces. MicroB may not be passing along the 20% thru to media player Edit2: Found the path /usr/bin/mplayer -cache 1024 %s Added it to videocenter though it won't play the videos.. |
Re: Mediaserv, mplayer, and default media player
I just copy the link into GMPlayer. Works like a charm.
