WLAN MAC address... "Product ID not valid"

When I try to paste my MAC address to http://tablets-dev.nokia.com/Nokia_770_Other.php
I get this message.
I'm bit confused since MAC isn't 12-DIGIT code ... since it's in hex format.
OK - chars but not digits!
If so - maybe I'm doing something wrong?
I tried to recalculate it do decimal but with the same result.
How can I get bins for my 770 (both 2006 and 2007HE) in any other way?
Searching the net I've found that someone (and only one person) has got the same problem...
Is it possible that my MAC is "wrong"?

Re: WLAN MAC address... "Product ID not valid"

Put it in hex but pad the beginning with 0s to make it the right length

Re: WLAN MAC address... "Product ID not valid"

Im adding leading zeroes - just because my MAC starts with 3x0...
but with no successful result.

This is probably obvious and I'm sure you already checked, but make sure you're putting in the WLAN MAC Address, not the BT MAC Address. If you're still having problems, PM me and I can send you the BIN files. I have them all archived on my computer. Here's what I have available for the 770:

OS 2005 Edition Version 3.2005.51-13 (.zip file, 54.7 MB)
OS 2005 Edition Version 5.2006.13-7 (.zip file, 53.3 MB)
OS 2006 Edition Version 1.2006.26-8 (.zip file, 55.0 MB)
OS 2006 Edition Version 2.2006.39-14 (.zip file, 54.9 MB)
OS 2006 Edition Version 3.2006.49-2 (.zip file, 54.8 MB)
OS 2007 HE (2007-09-07) (.zip file, 69.7 MB)

Unfortunately Gmail limits the size of attachments to 20 MB, so the only way to get them to you would be to burn them to a CD and snail-mail them. It all depends on if you feel comfortable giving me a mailing address. I understand completely if you don't.
