Bad N810
 

I have to return my n810 because it's defective. I was hoping i wouldn't have to do this, as i waited long enough to get the 1st one. The time and date keeps reseting itself and some other settings don't save themselves as they should. It's a rather annoying issue. Plus, the unit itself felt flimsy itself (shaking parts inside). i don't know if this is normal. Anyway, i'm hurt and want to rant because i love my nokia, but i can't wait to get another one that works correctly. Anyone else have any similar issues? I got it from compuplus.com for $398. I'm hoping they don't have a bad batch.
