can default web page size be changed ?

Thanks for reading this. Am I missing a simple setting for a way to change my default web page size so that whenever a page opens, the size is at 150% or whatever I reset the default at? I did some looking, but the discussions seem to revolve around the idea of just changing the font size and I really don't want to let this get that involved anyway. So,does anyone know of a simple setting somewhere?
