Windows shared folders
can anyone tell me why sometimes when i open the file manager the shared folders icon will sometimes not show up? usually a reboot will solve the problem , this is unacceptable , is there a command in e term that will reset it so that it will show up in filemanager? and also , why will the N810 not display the shared folders that are on my windows vista box , the ones on my xp machine and my NAS drive display just fine

Re: Windows shared folders
Thank you for your kind words.
My humble apologies that I did not copy pasted a 2 page thread who basically gives a rather decent answer to your question including a link to the relevant bug, I was under the (false) impression it was easier to read like that. Seen you feel so insulted by my link, I'm more then glad to remove my answer. Good luck in getting the "full" answer you're looking for. |
