The best (reliable) Canadian deal I've found is straight off the Nokia.ca site using the 15% SCENEZINE discount code (good until April 15th). That comes to $412.75 + $7 for shipping. If I can't find anything better before April 15th, that's where I'm getting mine.

You can get an n810 from Buy.com for $379.99 (+ tax) shipped (using standard shipping) from here using the 5% off coupon from here. The coupon is good for all customers and is good for orders through 12/31/2008. I posted about this coupon a little while back, but seems that the total cost has gone down since then.

I bought mine from Buy.com last month and received it no problem (my unit didn't even have the power issue).
