rtcom duplicating contacts
 

does anyone else have this problem? some of my msn contacts show up 3 times. icq had this problem a long time ago but now it's affecting everything! i keep merging them back together but something is broken internally as it keeps happening again...

Yes, I have seen this. It seems to magically resolve itself if I reboot or if I delete the address book database.

I have not added/removed/merged any contacts, it appears to be happening all by itself.

how does one delete or clear this database? and where can we report this bug? i could probably clear the db without help but i already gave up trying to locate the official site for rtcom with google...
