new N800 touchscreen not working
 

Hi!
I'm chinese user for Nokia N800.I got my new n800 three days ago. However, it did not respond to any 'touch' except for the menu on the home completly two day ago.I have calibrated four points with stylus many times ,it dosen't response also.I have done these things after got a new Nokia N800:firstly,I plug in a 8G SDHC card and copy a few video segments;secondly,I have installed some softwares ,especially a chinese input method programme included.After this trouble occurred,I updated to OS2008 and then changed to 0S2007 without any card in this device.Later I formated the 128M MINI SD Card and 8G SDHC card.This problem still occurred.My english is poor ,I have no idea whether you can understand what i said ? What's wrong with my new Nokia N800?Please give me a help!!! THANKS A LOT!!! If anyone have answer ,please email me :sunnyjq@yahoo.com.cn

You could try to reflash it, assuming you did already since you said you have OS2008 on it. But that sometimes help, I don't like the idea because it means you possibly don't have a permanent solution but its worth a shot.

Had that happen here too, just rebooted using the buttons and it has been fine since.
