It's included in Fremantle, the source package is here.

It is included in Fremantle and the N900 comes with a basic Prolog installation. However, some directories in /usr/lib/swipl-5.6.50 are pretty empty and swipl's interactive mode does not work.

I managed to get it working using this post here some time ago. The basic idea is to get an old 5.6.50 Prolog package, copy the library from it and create the bootstrap code.

Note: I don't take responsibility if you try this and screw up your root filesystem! ;)
