16 GB Memory Card Dilemma!
 

I've been reading the many different threads here regarding SD memory and it still boils down to this one question.....Now that the 8 and 16 GB SDHC memory cards are out, can anyone suggest a specific brand that they know for sure works with the N810? THANKS!! :)

there are 16gb minisd or microsd cards out? where can I buy one?

Probably any will work. If you want certainty, call Nokia.

Nokia will probably be unwilling to comment because this will not be native support. ie: you will be using a 3rd party card reader and possibly a powered hub since I presume you are planning to use the USB OTG feature.

However 'any' card should work but it will probably be worth getting a well known brand like A-data, Sandisk or Kingston. Newegg and Meritline seem to be the consistant low cost suppliers.

Hi:

This is important. Pay attention. To my knowledge there are no 16GB mini or micro SDHC cards available. Today I checked:
Transcend
A-Data (no response)
Patriot
SanDisk
Kensington, and
PNY

The largest SDHC card in a mini or micro format that I found was 8gb. Do a Google Shopping search on: 8gb memory card (mini OR micro) Prices vary quite a bit.

You can't use the standard size SDHC cards in an 810.

I think you might mean 16GB MicroSDHC cards.

SD cards are too large to fit in an n810
