A way to send email from applications?
 

Hey,

I'm looking for a way to send an email from a small program I'm working on. I've looked for sendmail, but apparently that doesn't exist on OS2008. Anyone know anything that might help?

One Alternative-
Smail compiles on Maemo fine. (The Debian source package, unmodified. Could be stripped of docs and such to save space.) It requires groff, libwrap0-dev and libident-dev to build. I built it a while back but didn't end up using it... So I can't say how well it works.
