HOW TO USE N8x0 & google talk
 

Just in case other are like me...took me a long time to figure this out...

You just need to click on chat (mine is in the Communication folder)
add account
Pick Googletalk
Use existing Googletalk account
Fill out the ID/Password
Fill out an Account/Nickname (I use googletalk/david)
Click FINISH

and you are set to use if connected to internet
